Mikrotik SXTsq 5 ac wireless radio is a compact and lightweight 5Ghz 802.11ac wireless device that can be installed in outdoor environments and has an integrated antenna.
This radio is suitable for point-to-point links or as a CPE unit.
This device has a 10/100/1000 Ethernet port to take full advantage of the speed that the 802.11ac protocol provides.
Mikrotik SXTsq 5 ac wireless radio has a 16dBi antenna similar to Mikrotik SXT 5 ac wireless radio.
However, the antenna design has been improved and the physical size of the device has been reduced dramatically. The SXTsq wireless radio is twice as thin and is sold in the network equipment market.
The waterproof housing of this radio includes slots for direct connection of the hose clamp base in three different mounting locations with the ability to mount on horizontal fences.
Also, the ground connection is easily accessible to protect it from lightning.
Mikrotik SXTsq 5 ac wireless radio is available in the following two models:
- SXTsq 5 ac-US (USA) factory locked to 5170MHz-5250MHz and 5725MHz-5835MHz. This lock cannot be changed.
- SXTsq 5 ac (International) supports the frequency range of 5150MHz-5875MHz. (Range of certain frequencies can be limited by country regulations.)
